Is gratuity act amemdment applicable to nov 2018 old syallabus in salaries and law

Yes it's applicable to old syllabus also
Does the amount is same for the employee not covered under pOGA
If gratuity covered under poga then limit exemption limit is 20 lakhs and not covered under poga then gratuity limit is 10 lakhs for nov 18 for both syllabus
