Sir as govt employee has exemption under gratuity for maturity value of gratuity.
My question is subsidiary company of govt Co. has also exemption benefit?
State Govt, Central Govt, Local authories, Public sector undertakings Employees are eligible 100% of excemption at the time of retirement.
