22 July 2024My employer provided me a gratuity of ₹2.3 lakhs upon completion of 5 years, but they did not include it in my Form 16. I have requested a revision, but it has not been updated yet.
What should I do if my employer fails to provide the revised Form 16? Should I declare it in my ITR submission? If so, what proof should I keep?

Bank Statement : says by employer + Gratuity in the Feb 24 statement

Yes, in that case declare it as gratutity,
