can you please clarify the below Gratuity calculation is applicable in case of death of private employee.
less than 1yr 2 times of emoluments
greater than 1yr and less than 5yr 6 times of emoluments
Greater than 5yrs less than 10yr 12 times of emoluments
Greater than 10yr Half of the emoluments for every completed yrs of service.
Also is it applicable to all the employees irrespective of Date of service joining
