Dear Sir
Assuming you have computed the correct execpt Gratuity amount and has shown the same under Salary schedule, it will be okay even though you did not again mention the same under Exempt Income Schedule. I think it is sufficient disclosure. To be precise, yes, you have to show it at both the places.
