There is no such restriction on amount of gratuity,
The limit of 3,50,000 is maximum exemption limit,within which no tax has to be paid(Subject to certain Conditions,as given in income tax Act,and also now the amount of 350000 is increased to 1000000,but not applicable for Nov.10 exam).
