Graph in excel

Hi, In excel, there si one scatter graph option... In that can any one tell me how to add a new series parallel to x axis... (e.g: Suppose we want to draw a chart showing cost of production, How to show fixed cost line which runs parallel to x axis...?). Thanks in advance
