though there are ways where people with refrences get first preference but the appealing and committment factor needs to be shown on the date of interview..,

ya,, you should join it. You will get an environment in which your communication skill will improve.And after 3 years you will get definitely a different world.But you have to compromise with your study.For many it is only a dream to join this firm i.e. grant thronton just like me.You have good approach go for it...........
