Govt Job-Query

Hi All,

I am in a problem.

I hav been selected for a state-govt job. Date of Joining is 15th Sept 2010.

1st year of the job will be probation.

Now i need to knw, how shud i approach the topic of Exam leave as soon as joining? Do any of you hv this experience? How many days shud i wait? If i may add, i wont be the only one with this problem. 49 other CA-Finalists, selected along with me, wud be facing the same problem. So i may discuss it with them on 15th sept.

But i want  your opinions urgently. Thanks
