Govt job for every CA

i want to know is there any civil services type job in income tax dept. whos minimum qualification is ca???

i think there is no need of ca in i.t.deptt

we shud not b dependent only on job. After being qualified, we shud try to do different kind of assignmeents by doing practice to b differnt from others, and raise our value. we shud bring attribute of "enterpreneurship" in ourself.
