Govt. has no role to play in determining pass percentage of CA exams

Conducting of CA Exams

All activities connected with conduct of examinations by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India including setting of papers, valuation, pass percentage, declaration of results etc. are undertaken by the Institutes themselves. Accordingly, Central Government has no role to play in determining pass percentage etc. of these exams.

This was stated by Shri Arun Jaitley, Minister of Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.

Whats New in this, It is well Known since begining that Nither Govt nor any other person / Body has any role in the CA/CWA/CS exams & results, Its Only the Institute who is more than enough a Serial Killer to Murder & Kill students. Why anyone or any outside strengt support or power is required to kill the students.

In front of every ICAI Office which is just a Road Touch Building you will find a Warning Board to the Vehicle drivers. Pls drive carefully, dont Kill our students, We are here to kill them.

Also if Govet had any role in the Papers & results than by now all Minister / Leaders would have become CA & CA membership strength would have been more than 10 - 15 Lakhs & CA would have been named as Criminal Aadmi

Some Leaders like L...... / M......... / M............ etc would have been heard saying "Aap kai samajte hoa, hum hao CA ki padai karil hai" Hum thodai na utne unpad hun jitna tuhau humka samjat ho "

No one take this personal, No intentions to Offend any person caste or creed in particular, Its just a feeling of reality which would have been if Govt regulated CA & Its exam & results
