Is ITC of Goods (cement/Iron/etc) AVAILABLE TO GOVERNMENT WORKS CONTRACTOR for Works Contract Service provided to Government on his own account and billed @ 12% GST (No service taken from another service provider)

Any material to refer ?
Refer section 16 which deals with condition to CLAIM ITC
Ohk ... Actually i have inputs of 18% 28% and output 12%
Service is provided to Government dept.
I can claim ITC RIGHT
Yes you can claim ITC , but cannot claim Refund (As per Notification 15/2017 CT (R))
