i can understand the situation.

File a Writ Petition in the Court & Once Court will issue notice & call ICAI to explain the reasons for such Pathetic Checkings, be sure ICAI will increase your Marks. Same had happened in 2012 with a student at Bangalore who filed a Writ at Mysore Bench of the Karnataka HC at Bangalore & he won the case, ICAI had to Increase his Marks & declared him Pass in that attempt. i have given only isca by heart. other paper me aise hi baith gya tha.aur paper utar k aa gya tha un sab me 18 ya 20 mila hai.my intention was only to exempt isca.mana ki exemption nhi mil skti mujhe but i m not worth of 10 marks.i will upload one ans and aap log suggested se match kr lena .ab to lgta hai icai ko laborious nhi lucky ladke pasand hai.u know heading based qusn ke to heading k sequence v same hai .kya kru kuch samjh me nhi aa rha hai.u know agr30 ya 35 milta to v thik tha.aap meri copy dekhoge to aap ko ye legega ki suggeste meri copy se bna hai(only for 55 marks and only heading. kyoki meri itni capacity nhi hai ki ander ke content v module se paste kr sku.apni language me likha)

so may be mere no bad jaye .but not sure about exemption.other paper aise hi diya tha. so group to niklega nhi.ab kya kru.

Hope for better next time :/ same thing happened with me.... Heights was when they didn't give any marks for 5 mark question on SSA in law .... When I wrote everything perfectly with applicable section number.... And final answer also matched (rs compensation )
