whether PURCHASED GOODWILL considered in calculation of capital employed for the purpose of valuation of Goodwill.

Logically it should not be considered since valuation of goodwill we are already calculating but as per ICAI it should be considered.
So purchased goodwill shall become part of Capital employed.
