What is the difference between GOODWILL OF BUSINESS AND GOODWILL OF PROFESSION?

Under capital gain,

As per Section 55

Capital gain is levy on self gernerated goodwill for business but no capital gain on self generated goodwill for profession.

And you need to be more clear on your querry.
