My receipent gave the charge to the freight and also deposited the taxes through the reverse charge basis Now Gta gave me a bill with 18% GST of such amount So is this right or what should I do in this case
18% ?????? , its not a GTA , its courier service who charge 18% .
You have done wrong RCM & cannot be claim back
