GOODS TRANSFER FROM ONE UNIT TO ANOTHER UNIT

Dear All

Pls let me know the procedure when excisable input goods are transferred from one unit to another unit and both the unit are located in different states

is there transferring unit can avails cenvat credit ,whether material is transferred

Yes, the transferring unit can avail cenvat credit.

Dear Sir,

we are 100% EOU UNIT in Manjusar GIDC, vadodara.

can we do sale to other EOU / EHTP /STP UNIT. Without duty.

Dear Sir,

We have two plant in different location both are seprate registration no. and seprate range & division but company''s name is same. We want to sale in 11nd plant of 1st plant product through Factory stuffing procedure. Will we treat trading goods of 1st plant product if we do sale to 11nd plant. Please tell accurate procedure.
