please let me know the procedure of transfer of old machine from one state to other state same company's branch. in which document should we transfer?

It should be a tax invoice with proper e-waybill.

now there is no concept of goods/machine transfer under GST. This will be considered as Sale. So, issue tax invoice with E Way bill.
