09 September 2015my unit is DTA unit. finished product is nil rate of Central Excise duty. purchased Raw Material/packing material under Annexute -45 i.e. Goods received at Concessional rate of duty. is it necessary for supply of Raw Material in the form of ARE-3's against Annexure-45. or he can supply simply on invoice.

The procurement of input without payment of excise duty under annexure-45 has been used for only export of final product.

We have to write in Invoice;
Cleared under Annexure-No.___dtd.____ issued under 43/2001 CE (NT) dtd.26-06-2001. no need to issue ARE3.
