Dr J B Gupta and A N Sridhar. Book o JB Gupta has been written in simple language. I have read books of J B Gupta, A N Srudhar, Padhuka Publication, S D Bala but I find J B Gupta & AN Sridhar as best.

For career aspect I'd suggest you to go for S.D.Bala. combined with R.P.Rustagi ( in case your fundamentals are not strong)

Where can we get ICFAI financial management book? is it available freely in the market?
