ok , but do i need seperate registration for each godown?
will the transfer amount be inclusive of gst or excluding gst?
There is no need for seperate registration for both the godown and if you transfer within state from one godown to another godown no GST needs to be charged.

You need to add your branch as an additional place of business. Thus, that branch becomes covered in the same GSTIN. So, the movement of goods within same GSTIN becomes a mere transfer of goods. It does not constitutes a supply. Hence, GST is not applicable. In the GST return these transfers is not to be included. Delivery Challan is a document based on which you can carry your goods. E-way bill is required if the goods transferred is a taxable goods and the value of the goods transferred is more than ₹ 50,000/-.
