Gnl-2 with adt-1 - signature

ADT.1 is to be signed manually whereas GNL.2 is to be signed digitally. Simply attach scan and signed copy of form ADT.1 in GNL.2 and upload.

Please revert if there is any doubt.

Thanks for resolving my query , I have another query would like to put here only,

While filing MGT-15 Report on AGM - asking details of "business transacted at the meeting and result thereof:" my question is how to sum up the information for this MGT-15, Whether to give detail info. regarding vote casted for and against? whether e-voting result also to be add up?

is there any need to file resolution / consent etc with GNL-2  OR only ADT-1 need to be filed?

Only ADT-1 needs to attach to GNL-2.

1) to fill the ADT -1--

2) to sign by director -( no digital sign -only manual sign)

3) scan and to attach with GNL -2 and upload,

pl.confirm that there is no need for any certification by CA-on ADT -1 only directors manual sign-

Yes on ADT-1 only manual signature of Director with Seal of the company.

and GNL-2 to be signed digitally.
