`they may suspend ur articles temporarily...
dont think of postponing. do it in first year itselff. some times they give chance of xtension.
but dont take risk. do it.

However, ICAI didnot clarified about the consequences in the case of failing to comply with the new GMCS rules. But, it is strongly recommonded not to postpone the thing.
