Gmcs help

Dear Members, 

I was registered with the institute under PE1 in october 2008.
I cleared my final exams in May 2013. However, during this period I did not undergo the GMCS programm. 
Now I wish to apply for membership number and undergo the GMCS. However, I am not really updated with the guidelines and procedure. 
Can someone please help me out?
