Gmcs 2 online registration on icai cloud campus

I am unable to register online for my gmcs 2 course online.. while trying to register, it is showing that my email ID with WRO is already registered. As I have never registered, i do not have my user Id and password, I am unable to login and thus cannot register for gmcs batches. Please guide me in this matter as I have to complete my gmcs 2 before results.. I

Please go to forgot password and ID would be your registration no. When you will go to forgot password it will ask your mail ID and then you will receive password reset link on your mail.

I had already tried forgot password way. It sends mail to me Bt when I click on link to enter password reset code it opens page and show me Authentication failed please try again with your custom browser.. so I am unable to get through..please guide me.
