NRI has Global income of Rs.44Lack & he dont have any other income in India. So how to disclose this 44 Lacks in ITR??

what is his income from? is it rtelated to business connection in india? is it winnings in india? is his earnings related to salary earnings in india?

it is a salary income earned abroad, so not taxable in India. my qtn is, where we have to disclose in his ITR as exempted income & in which section?
