I understand that first attempt pass out and rank holders are the first choice - what about after that is there any distinction made between 2nd and 3rd or nth attempt guys or are all the same ....
Lets have a discussion on this topic since information of this kind is not available anywhere and seniors dont give us such information.

AS PER MY VIEW, REALLY IT MATTER TO CLEAR FINAL IN IsT ATTEMPT.

Yes that is the reason I am asking the question [b][u]not[/u][/b] for first attempt and rank holders [u][b]but for others[/b][/u].
all others are same
it makes difference if you clear in ist, iind. iiird, ivth attempt while giving campus interview
I think beyond 2 attempts its difficult to get in at entry level in big firms - my opinion.
there is no difference between others who r not passed in first attemts
but i u take challange, u must get a big firm
