if u wish to pass then go for VG sir's notes....  no other book ( singhania , ahuja , manoharan) are suitable for examination purposes ....

only vg sir notes can get u through....

Dear rachit,

The authors of all the text books mentioned by u n ur friends are really experts. However irrespective of whichever book u have access to if u follow it thorughly then nothing can stop u from clearing ur ca exams. Please have faith in ur self and the books ur studying.

When the one within u believes u, even if nobody else believes in u, u will still reach the finishing line.

U can do it & i have full confident that u will do it.

Regards

Kanti Jain

hi dear Friends

if u  want to do self study I can sugest VINOD GUPTA  MODULES. But if u are taking Coaching I strictly sugest u to do Regular studies of  your Coaching Notes.  Also at last moment what u want to refer decide first and sumarise that.

I have earlier faced great problem what to study  because I had 1) My Notes. 2) Coaching Note Book. 3) Vinod Gupta Modules. 4) V K Singhania. So stick 2 1 particular notes only.

Regards.

Hey Neha, if u cudn't attend V G sir class then it'll b better u take classes 4m Ahuja sir.As mukul has quoted unlike V G sir, Ahuja sir takes just 3 hrs classes nd finishes the syllabus in 60-65 lectures. As u must hv been aware that DT is quite comprehensive subject consisting of numerous provisions, case studies etc.There4 take classes 4m Ahuja sir as he teaches how to memorize things, shortkuts too.I hv taken his satellite classes .one thing more V G sir's summary module is really gud booster during last time. So read from Ahuja sir module simultaneously track down Summary module                                       nd in   n  Iit

well neha..as u asked take coaching if have sufficient time..vk module is also good..if u've very less time go ahead with bangar module which is very easy to revise..if u followed girish ahuja in ca pe 2 go ahead with girish ahuja..every body here giving too much emphasis to authors n their coaching which i belive may not always work....what will work is whatever book u choose read it througly n don't change the book at all..

I think Ahuja Sir book is best for CA final Students and there is no suibtitute for this book...

there is no correlation betwen studying from ahuja's  book n getting good marks..i beileve t.n mnoharan n bangar module also good.....those saying theres no subtitute for girish ahuja book don't belive them..there r people who got best paper award in Direct tax paer without following ahuja book or vk gupta book..take any good author n study is thorougly....authors r not God n they will not let u pass....u have to keep revising n practice......

THus, IF I m studying from book of such auther which is no suitable for my style of study then plz tell whther its right to frustrate urself sticking 2 such book letting ur morale low? or judgingb properly wich book iz more suitabl to ur style of study n swith to dat book! frns my experience iz the same wid banger, i already im very avg student couldnt get coaching of idt due to my office schedule! i was frustrated wid dat book ultimately, found Dg notes, n thus praising him 4 dat!! tell me if have dome any wrong??? ppl who say that book is good dis book iz bad.... its jst bcoz of their experiences with such books!!!!! my honest advise will be find out wich book suits ur style of study revise it sincerely to get maximum out of it! some ppl are slow leaners brt quick appliers some r fast learners .... somebody does eat n vomit ( cram it 4 exam, write it in paper n forget it after few days! see what is suitable for u!
