my clients have ginning factory .

cotton corporation of india ka jobwork kiya mar mai aya tha cotton or march mai vapas kiya iska gstr-3b or gstr-1. mai effect kaise denge please it's urgent

He has done jobwork for cotton corporation of India .Goods came to him in March and he returned in March. How will this show effect in GSTR-1 AND 3B

You has to show only jobwork charges as taxable value of sale in GSTR-3B in table 3.1(A)

Agar Ek Saal key andar aap ney job work kerkey principal ko Woh goods bhej Diya hai toh , sirf aap ney jo job work bill raise kiya hai woh hi GSTR 1 aur GSTR 3B main dekhana hai.

Mean jo jobwork charges liya hai usko he 3B and R1 mai show karna hai . goods ko nahi .

and agar kabhi R1 and 3B mai show kar diya uska then

abhi March ke return nahi lagi hai usmai amend kr sakte hai ?

kewal job work bill hi return main show Karna hai.

agar aap ney goods Ka bill Galti sey previous return main show Kara hai toh usay current return main amend ya Reverse Kar lo.
GSTR 1 main credit note daal Kar Reverse Kar lo aur 3B main current month ki output tax main less karkey net tax liability show Kar doh
