My Wife Transfer Rs.2,50,000(1Lac+1.50Lac) to her Mother A/c as a Gift
And her mother uses that amount to buy a home.
So my question is that my wife shows that amount as a gift at a time of return?
If, yes then please provide me with the format of gift deed? and how many rupees stamp paper required? a time period for made that gift deed?
