if a person recieve gift from his mother in two ways first by cheque & another receive after 15 days by rtgs transfer.
person can mention both gift in one gift deed or not ?

no need of deed even, banking transactions does not need any further confirmation, provided the transaction is reflected in final accounts and returns.
