I WANT TO GIVE GIFT TO MY MOTHER BY CHEQUE. CAN I GIVE GIFT FROM THE CURRENT ACCOUNT OF THE BUSINESS IN WHICH I AM THE PROPRIETOR.

u can give gift to ur mother through your current account however the same should be considered as drawing in ur books of accounts.
