Gumasta is a local law under which a license is granted by the Local body to any business entity for operating in their area

ghumasta licence in Mumbai means Mumbai shops and establishments act, Licence. The number of licences are more than 30 as far as i know.

IN TELUGU LANGUAGE THE WORD GHUMASTA MEANS A MALE SUPERVISOR JUST ABOVE THE LABOR OR A CLASS 3 EMPLOYEE OR A JUNIOR CLERK.
