dont know about ward but u can know surname and status(individual /huf) from PAN
You can log on to www.incometaxindia.gov.in & then click PAN & then click Know Your PAN. After entering your name, D.O.B. & father name (If required) it will show u the PAN details with your Assessing Officer Ward details
