Getting issue to register DSC on MCA

Hello all,

I am trying to register my DSC on MCA website. I am getting error as personal name not matching with professional name. I have called the helpdesk in the institute and they confirmed that my name is what I am using after my marriage. I don't know why I am getting this error. My personal name and professional name should be one and the same.

Please help me I am not able to submit form
