> Identify the chapters which you need to study from the material that you will be referring to.
> Do an ABC analysis by giving weightage to the most important, important and least important topics based on past trends and your intuition.
> Understand the provision thoroughly and try to map other provisions, rules, circulars, notification, case laws etc impacting this particular section(s) or clause(s).
> Give importance to your presentation of the answer by covering the following key ingredients, especially in an application oriented questions:
a) Facts of the case
b) Applicable Legal provision
c) take shelter of relevant case law(s), if any
d) Conclusion
> Priorotize the best question which you will answer first, second there on in the fifteen minutes time allotted for you while reading the question paper.
>Time management is very crucial, if any point in time, you think that it may not be possible for you to cover the paper for full 100 marks, tweak your strategy in the examination hall and try to cover the best answers.
> Feeling relaxed and calm is the key to perform well in those three crucial hours, as it is a mind game which you are put to test.
> Never discuss papers past or future with anyone, just take one paper at a time, in order to keep your spirits high and motivated.
