ICAI has done it again. Failed students arbitrarily . 3.5% passout percentage.
I think we must see our answersheets by filing an RTI application. I think it is now possible as ICAI has lost the RTI case in the Delhi high court.
If we keep quiet we will never be able to pass. There are two choices in life : bear injustice or fight against it....
this time the CA Final result has been really random and haphazard..people who were'nt sure of even passing have got ranks...and the one's expecting ranks have actually failed....its a horrifying experience...one of my friends is planning to apply to High Court to file a writ to find out the reason for such irresponsible approach of our institute....anybody out there interested...please reply.. :)
