A worker was engaged for a certain number of days and was promised to be paid rs 480.He was absent for 6 days and was paid 432.What was his daily wages..?
According to my calculations, it would be Rs. 8 per day. And he was to be paid for 60 days but he worked for 54 days hence he received 54*8= 432 instead of 60*8= 480.
