I would like to know what is genuine hardship under section 220(2A) . Also an example for geniune hardship

u/s 220 (2A) CIT or PCIT may waive or reduce interest on demand if it causes genuine hardship to assessee. The word is not defined in act. therefore it should be understood in its commercial sense.
