Generation of form 16 , annexure b ,

Dear JD,

The same is available on traces.

It is generated along with form 16.

Check the page after form 16.

I have dowloaded & checked , there are no annexures after form 16 . i think Anexxure B is to be filled manually by employer.

You have to manually fill up Part B of Form 16. It is not available from traces.

Also furthemore  on FORM12BA . Can we file a nil return for the same ?

For NIl return

Income under the head “Salaries” of the employee (other than from perquisites) = would be the gross amount right ?

Dear JD,

I think you have not entered the details of salary while preparing the TDS return.

And therefore, Annexure B is not appearing.
