Generate form 16 from tin nsdl site

Dear Friends,

From TAN login in NSDL website i am successfully able to generate Form 16 (for salary employees) quarter wise. In the option of TDS certificates along with Form 16A now Form 16 is also available. Do we need to manually generate form 16 for whole year or just download four quarterly Form 16 and sign and give to employees. ?

This will make lots of things easier, if that NSDL Form 16 can be given in filing it returns.

Please note that it is MUST for all Banks and Companies (Pvt Limited or Limited) to issue FORM 16 A quarter-wise duly generated from your account on NSDL site.

Form 16 (for salaried person) is to be issued at the end of year or on leaving the Employer. It is not a quarterly function. Prepare Form 16 manually or downoad from NSDL site likewise Form 16A.

Attached herewith SAMPLE OF two type of Form 16 - 1of Direct generate of NSDL site and 2 of Our own software,

we are shown differences to nsdl site generated of form 16 under 192b employees total salary income and deduction of under 80C,80D,80CCF not available. so Our Bankers & Income tax department are accepted this form 16?

We are not justify of which type of issues to Form 16 our employees. this is a most urgent. kindly as per possible earlier reply to us.
