can the AGM EGM minutes be typed and hard copy to bound regularly ?? some CAs & CSs i know say they have to be hand written...

for recording the minutes of the meeting of the AGM or EGM and BM being followed. The minutes be kept in minute book binder duly printed, serially numbered and initialed by the Chairman. Or it should be typed and bound.
