hi can any body suggest me how to prepare for ca final is it sufficent for going through only institute material.and at least how many month require for full fledged study?

only institute material is not sufficient...
tuitions are advisable,
if you are not attending tuitions- get good reference books for all the subjects..
if you go by your own- 1 year time would be needed to prepare yourself..!

1) A/c - M P Vijay Kumar,+ A/c standard - Rawat
2) Mafa- Pattabi Raman
3) Audit- Vinod Agarwal or Kamal Garg
4) Law- Munish Bhandari
5) Cost Mgmt- Paduka
6) MICS- Institute MAT is gud enough, although some use Dinesh Madan
7) DT- T N Manoharan
8) Bangur
Along with the above books- it is recommended to get compilation of the past solved papers- it is very important..!
