I agree with Ankur. The fundamentals of GD and PI has universal relevance. Every job aspirant must read it between the lines.
And the following line about communication skill is specially memorable :
" Communication skills- it not implies about speaking but includes listening. A good listener becomes an effective member of a Group. "
