But it is extremely depressing to see that the no. of responses to your thread is low as compared to others... If we see someone posts a thread having, for eg. “Free notes of IPCC /Final” or “How to pass CA exam by studying for just one week”, we’ll make a stampede in visiting and downloading it..
But if someone starts an academically debatable issue or a topic which requires the savvy of a CA student to solve, most of us are not even interested to open that!!
Esteemed CCI members are continuously wandering for new inputs for their studies while they have a lot in their hand.
I cant understand why these future CAs are always interested in only planning their studies rather than performing it…
I’m sorry if it hurts anyone…but this is true and is applicable for me too…I’m not gonna escape from the responsibility… What I’m trying to convey is that as a CCI member, every one (including me) should be more focused on addressing the challenges that we are going to face in our professional life rather than always always always searching for downloadables…
Notes and other inputs of studies are necessary and we need them…but a combined effort of study, from exchange our thoughts and ideas, will do a lot more than that..
Why I am writing this much is that I’d like to tell you should not be down from the low responses…even only one member gets the benefit from your initiative, you’ll get something to satisfy your commitment…
So keep the spirit going.. Good Luck!!

the links u have posted r very useful.....thanks 4r that.can u clarify me a small doubt regarding income 4m other sources...
· Any immovable property is received for a consideration which is less than the stamp duty value of the property by an amount exceeding Rs. 50,000, and then the difference between stamp duty value and consideration is chargeable to tax.
this is the provision actually given in g.shekar book i mean padukhas.......but in singania and recknor it is given that the entire amt is exempted need not be taxable.....may i know which is right provision.
