FY 2017-18 GST bill received in the month of May 2019

We have received FY 2017 -18 GST bill in May 2019 can we added this bill in June 19 GSTR 3B and take ITC on that Invoices?

No. It is not possible. ITC for F.Y 2017-18 can be claimed only upto the due date of filing return for the month of March (i.e April22,2018) inspite of any other reason

As per Law....ITC can be availed upto the Due date of filing of return for the month of September following the end of FY or upto the filing of Annual Return whichever is earlier.......

But Clarification cum amendment was issued by CBIC In FY 18-19 on the basis of which ITC can be availed upto 31 March 2019.

So still u cannot claim ITC....
