I would like to know what is Futures and Options exactly means and its tax implication as per Income Tax Act.Please provide maximum details if you guys well aware of this.

Futures and Options are derivatives ( somewhat traded securities ). It is normal business under Income Tax. Losses can be carried forward for 8 years.
