F&O is business , if you have business income then you cam set off.
TRADING IN DERIVATIVES ARE TREATED AS NON-SPECILTAIVE BUSINESS .....AND LOSS FROM SUCH CAN BE SET OFF AGAINST ANY INCOME OTHER THAN SALARY INCOME .........
