Pls suggest what other courses/degree/diploma i can do which will help me in growing my own firm.

Well the gates for wide world has opened for you.U can go for CPA,CIMA CISA,DISA CS CFA OR MBA and the list goes on .All u need to do is just sit n think in which field u r interesred in n go for it…CA degree will always be add on benifit.Also it will give preference when choosin a job or promotion.....BEst of luck make the most of it....
