Further steps if i am not attending ipcc may attempt ?

I was to write IPCC may 2012 exam.This would have been my first attempt.But I would not be able to make it.I have registered and got the admit card for the exam by post yesterday.

So now If i choose to write the november exam is there something i need to do immediately like cancelling this exam or re registering ? Or should I just register when the november exam registration starts like other people having their first attempt on november(I know it will be second attempt but is there anything to do about it)

And do i need to register for IPCC again or just register for the Exam ?

Though u hav not attending, it was considered as an attempt, because u hav applied for the exam. Better appear for the exam and learn ur mistakes and prepare for the best in november.
